Horizontal Oil Fired Boiler Introduction

Horizontal oil-fired boiler is heated through the burner, fuel atomization effect is good, fuel combustion is full, the chimney can not see black smoke, so oil-fired boiler is green, efficient and energy saving. After the fuel oil is sprayed into the furnace by the burner, it appears mist oil droplet, which is easy to mix with air and burn quickly and release heat rapidly. Compared with coal-fired boilers of the same parameters and capacity, the thermal strength of the furnace volume can be increased by about one time.

However, in order to reduce the heat load of the burner area and avoid the overtemperature of the water-wall tube in this area, the volume of the furnace can only be reduced by about 1/3.
And because the ash content in fuel oil is very little, will not be in the convection heating surface on the slag, so can make the furnace outlet smoke temperature as high as 1300 ~ 1350℃, and reduce the convection heating surface between the tube pitch to improve the flow rate of flue gas, thus can improve the heat transfer coefficient of the heating surface, save the heating area and steel.


Horizontal Oil Fired Boiler Advantages

  • The water temperature can be set from 10℃ to 90℃ at will. The boiler automatically provides heating to the system or hot water for life and bath. By adding heat exchanger to the system, the dual functions of heating and bathing are realized simultaneously.
  • The control system controls the start and stop of circulating pump according to the temperature of furnace water. Use a hot water boiler for heating. The hot water circulation pump starts when the furnace water reaches the set upper limit and stops when the water temperature is lower than the set lower limit.
  • When the boiler water reaches the set upper limit, the hot water circulating pump stops; when the lower limit is set, the hot water circulating pump starts.
  • The machine at the same time equipped with overheating protection (furnace temperature high, the burner automatically stop working and buzzer alarm, secondary overheating protection (boiler shell temperature exceeds 105 ℃, automatically cut off the secondary loop), dry lack water proof protection (furnace under low water level, water boiler stop working and buzzer alarm), boiler leakage protection (control system detects electric leakage, short circuit, will automatically cut off power supply).
  • The horizontal oil fired boiler is large in space, with much stored steam and strong ability to adapt to load. The design of a reasonable built-in steam separator device, to meet the users need higher quality steam requirements. The furnace body has manhole, head hole and hand hole, which is convenient to clean the inside of the furnace and make maintenance and maintenance very convenient.
  • This series of steam boiler is equipped with multiple safety interlocks protection: pressure switch protection (higher than the set pressure automatic stop and alarm), low water level protection (boiler water level of the body below the warning level, automatically cut off power and alarm), safety valve protection (boiler pressure more than work pressure, automatic discouraged step-down), ensure the boiler under various working conditions is quite safe, arrived back home safe and sound.

Oil Fired Boiler Conservation Method

  • To check the function of ultra-low water level furnace stop, the furnace stop test should be conducted (press the button above B3 board to simulate the furnace stop for lack of water) or sewage discharge.
  • The safety valve should be manually opened once and reset quickly.
  • The burner control system and the electric eye shall be checked. The photocell of the electric eye shall be pulled out by hand, and the furnace shall be stopped within 1s, and the electric eye shall be wiped.
  • Fill or replace the disc root of the valve to eliminate running leakage.
  • Tighten bolts everywhere, especially gas pipeline system, leak detection when necessary.
